With a seven-course feast being served in our upstairs Cowshed Restaurant we’ve got fizz, locally sourced food and freshly made treats to shower over you as we all bid farewell to 2018! A light & tasty homemade Kiwi & Lime sorbet, perfect for preparing your pallet for what’s to come.

Roast Rib of Bishop’s Beef with a Cherry & Port Reduction – Slow roasted beef rib, thickly sliced with a creamy potato puree, seasonal veg & a rich, velvety cherry & port reduction.

 

Red Mullet En Papillote – Red mullet fillets cooked en papillote with Mediterranean vegetables & spices. Served with dauphinoise potato.

 

Mushroom, Garlic & Spinach Biriyani – Authentic Indian biriyani with wild mushroom, garlic & spinach. Accompanied with homemade mango chutney & naan bread.

 

Dessert

Lemon Panna Cotta with Blackberry & Honey Madelienes – A light, creamy lemon panna cotta accompanied by delicious homemade madelienes.

 

Chocolate Delice With A Chocolate Orange Fritter – Delightfully light chocolate pudding with a dark chocolate & Cointreau fritter.

 

Tarte Tatin With Toffee Crème Anglais – Dark, sticky caramelised apples fill a crisp puff pastry case & served with a sweetened toffee Crème Anglais.
